Donna Yalg has had over 8 years experience in property law, specialising in leasing and commercial property transactions. Donna has a wealth of knowledge in the property area and has joined msl after working for 5 years in top-tier national law firm.
Her experience in commercial law include the establishment of trusts for business clients, commercial property conveyancing for major commercial property owners as well as lending and security work for regionally based multinational lenders.
She also has extensive knowledge and experience in leasing. This includes organising and renegotiating commercial leasing for major regional commercial property owners and retail shop leasing for an international retail distributor.
However, the strength and focus of Donna’s practice is in providing excellent service to achieve client satisfaction by developing strong relationships and getting to know the client’s business and objectives. It is through this, that Donna can ensure she is meeting her clients’ needs and objectives and giving the best possible services.
