Rhonda Chellew is msl's Conveyancing Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in conveyancing on the Gold Coast, assisting the firm’s lawyers with the preparation and execution of all conveyancing documentation.
Rhonda ensures all local authority, statutory and nominated property search requisitions and investigations are conducted in a timely manner. She liaises with real estate agents, bankers and financiers, government departments, vendors and purchasers in co-ordinating property searches, due diligence investigations, financial arrangements and the final exchange of cheques in settlement.
She is also a Justice of the Peace and is readily available for the witnessing of documentation for clients.
