Susan is a property and commercial lawyer who advises on real estate contracts, all aspects of conveyancing, property investment and general commercial agreements.
Her experience and extensive property investment knowledge result from the 23 years Susan has spent practising exclusively in this area of the law. Her expertise has been gained from representing individual, corporate and government clients in a wide range of residential, retail and commercial property transactions.
Susan is particularly interested in developing her own property portfolio and has a complete understanding of land owners issues and gives careful consideration to the structuring of transactions. Susan is also experienced in business management issues involving negotiation of leases, licences, joint ventures, partnerships, finance arrangements and other contracts for commercial transactions. Over the years, Susan has assisted many foreign buyers in acquisitions and agreements in Australia and has provided advice on FIRB guidelines and compliance.
Susan has lectured and tutored law subjects at Bond University and she has a good understanding and interest in modern education services and student issues. Susan is committed to continuing her tertiary education and continues to study in the business administration area.
