Stephen Hughes joined Workplace Law Queensland, a division of msl, as a partner in June 2008. Stephen brings a great range of invaluable experience with him. He specialises in all aspects of employment and industrial law, including:

Stephen is the preferred legal provider to a number of large employer organisations – including church and not for profit organisations, labour hire and manufacturing companies – to whom he consults in all aspects of their operations.
Stephen has successfully negotiated and mediated numerous litigated and non–litigated claims in respect of unfair and unlawful dismissals, bullying and harassment, discrimination, and serious workplace injuries including traumatic amputations, spinal injury, multiple fractures and brain damage.
Stephen has a particular and recognised expertise in claims for psychiatric and psychological injury in the workplace.
